We ask everyone who walks through our doors to be mindful of their neighbours and contribute to the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes this space special.
NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS
Drop ins, Class Pack Holders
• 12-hour cancellation window
• Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a lost class credit
Flow, Ignite Members
• 12-hour cancellation window
• Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $5 fee
Glow Members
• 6-hour cancellation window
• Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $5 fee
• Membership includes 1 grace pass per month
STUDIO DOORS
• Studio doors open 10 minutes before class. Doors to enter the building will be open prior.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled in
•Studio door will lock at class start time. Late entry will not be permitted.
This helps minimize disruptions, and ensures a safe and focused environment for all participants.
Give yourself a few extra minutes to park, check in, and settle into the space.
WAITLIST
When you join the waitlist:
• If a spot opens during the auto-fill window, you'll automatically be added to the class and notified.
• If you are not moved into the class, please do not attend.
Auto-Fill Windows:
Regular Classes
•Waitlist auto-fill closes 2 hours before class start time.
Morning Classes (6:00 AM–7:00 AM)
• Waitlist auto-fill closes at 9:00 PM the night before.
• This ensures you won't be automatically added to a class while you're asleep.

• Book classes up to 14 days in advance
Flow & Ignite Members, Class Pack & Drop-In Clients
• Book classes up to 7 days in advance
Booking Cut-Off
• Online booking closes 15 minutes before class start time
BELONGINGS
Shoes
• Please remove your shoes before entering the studio
• Shoes should be placed on the black shoe rack located beside the studio door
Personal Belongings
• Store all personal items in the cubbies inside the studio
• Your cubby number corresponds with the mat number you reserved
